The developer API ("NGARi Inference API") is a prepaid, metered, capped beta. Purchased credits never expire and are consumed at $2.00 per 1M tokens. Unused credits are refundable within 14 days per the Refund Policy. The API carries no SLA. You may not resell raw inference as a competing service, use the API for unlawful purposes, or attempt to extract or reverse-engineer model weights. Prompts and responses are never stored — that is a design guarantee, not merely a policy.
