Questions
Do I really get a reply if I just email [email protected]?
Yes. The inbox is polled on a five-minute cycle and every external message to [email protected] from a new address provisions a free tenant, sends Sage's introduction, and routes your own message through Sage so your actual question is answered. Replies typically land within about five minutes. If you have an existing tenant, your message is routed and answered without a repeat welcome.
Is there an app?
No. Email is the interface by design: it is the highest-trust, lowest-friction surface that already exists, and it needs no install, no tab and no new permission model. A web experience is planned, not required.
Is my email read by a human at NGARi?
No. Agents process your messages in your tenant. Support staff only see what you send to [email protected]. See the Privacy Policy.
What are the limits?
The free tier is 20 messages and one meeting summary per month. Paid plans have fair-use limits that scale with the plan; Enterprise adds multi-user access and priority routing. Rate limits exist to protect the shared device, not to meter you.
Can they send email on my behalf?
Yes, from your tenant. You remain the sender of record and every send is logged. Human-in-the-loop confirmation is used for irreversible or unusually broad sends.
What happens when I cancel?
Your tenant stops processing at the end of the paid period and your data is exported or deleted at your instruction. Cancelling does not affect any hardware you own.
Where do the agents run?
Hosted agents run on NGARi sovereign infrastructure — an on-device model, not a third-party cloud API. On NGARi+ they run on your own appliance with no network dependency at all.
