Refunds for paid products (NGARi ONE hardware, agents subscriptions, sprints) are handled per the terms shown at checkout on their respective pages. For refund requests, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase.
Unused NGARi API credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Used credits are non-refundable. Credits never expire.
NGARi ONE pre-orders may be canceled for a full refund any time before shipment. After shipment, the standard 30-day return window applies.
