Privacy Policy — NGARi

This policy explains how NGARi handles personal information across our website, the NGARi ID email assistant, the NGARi Preview, and our APIs. It does not cover third-party websites or services we link to.

1. Information we collect

• NGARi ID account: the name you request, the owner email you provide at Stripe Checkout, your free or paid plan, status, monthly message and token counts, Stripe customer/subscription identifiers, and timestamps.
• Mail handled for your NGARi ID: messages, headers, attachments, and metadata sent to your address, plus messages you send as your address. We process this to answer you, forward mail to you, and send on your instruction.
• Payments: Stripe processes card and billing data. We receive billing status, identifiers, amount, and the email you use at checkout — not your full card number.
• Support and website: information you send to support, and essential technical data needed to operate and secure the service.

2. How we use information

• Provide, operate, and secure NGARi ID, including AI answers, forwarding, owner-approved send-as, and usage limits.
• Process payments, renewals, cancellations, and related billing support through Stripe.
• Prevent abuse, spam, fraud, and security incidents; comply with law; enforce our Terms.
• Improve the service using aggregated or de-identified information. We do not sell personal information.

3. AI processing and third parties

Most requests are processed on our own hardware. Depending on your plan and routing, eligible requests may be processed by third-party model providers — currently DeepSeek, with Moonshot/Kimi as a fallback. Cloud-routed content leaves our hardware and is processed under that provider's terms, which may include retention. Do not send content you are not permitted to share with a third-party provider. Local processing stays on our hardware.

We do not use your NGARi ID mail to train our models. We do not sell personal information. Third-party providers process cloud-routed requests under their own terms; review those terms before sending sensitive content.

4. Email handling and sharing

NGARi ID is an email identity and assistant, not a mailbox. We do not provide mailbox storage or IMAP. Mail sent to your address is processed and forwarded to the owner email you registered; external senders do not receive an automatic reply, and the owner approves every send-as.

• Spacemail provides mail transport and the receiving mailbox behind the shared domain.
• Cloudflare provides edge routing, security, and DNS.
• Stripe provides checkout, subscriptions, invoices, and payment processing.
• Model providers process cloud-routed AI requests as described above.
• We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to professional advisers under confidentiality obligations.

5. Retention

We retain your NGARi ID record, owner email, plan, and usage counters while the ID is active and for a reasonable period after cancellation for billing, security, dispute, and legal purposes. We do not maintain a separate mailbox archive for you. Mail is processed for delivery, AI handling, and forwarding and may remain in the mail provider's systems under its retention practices. Our API is designed not to store prompt or response bodies; cloud model providers may retain data under their own terms.

6. Security

We use encrypted transport, access controls, and restricted local storage for identity records. We do not store full card numbers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal information, and you may object to certain processing. You can cancel a paid plan or revoke your NGARi ID; cancellation and revocation stop routing. Email privacy@ngari.ai or support@ngari.ai; we may verify your identity before acting. We will honor applicable rights and will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

8. Cookies and tracking

We do not use advertising cookies or sell personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may use essential local storage, such as remembering your theme or preview state.

9. Children

NGARi ID is not directed to children under 13. If you are between 13 and 17, use it only with a parent or guardian's permission. If we learn that a child under 13 provided personal information, we will delete it.

10. Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. We will post the new effective date and, for material changes, provide notice on the site or by email where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated policy.
