NGARi AI-Corps Terms
NGARi, Inc., effective September 2026
1. The program
NGARi AI-Corps (the Program) is an evergreen sovereign venture and workforce program operated by NGARi, Inc. Admission is application-gated. Enrollment is non-dilutive: the Program takes 0% equity.
2. Tiers and payment
Tiers are described at ngari.ai/corps. Hardware tiers are one-time tuition payable via Stripe; the software tier is an annual or monthly subscription. See Refunds.
3. Hardware ownership
On hardware tiers you take outright ownership of the physical node shipped to you, pre-flashed with the open-source NS-BOS kernel. Shipping times and availability are estimates and may vary by destination and batch.
4. Open source and contributions
The NS-BOS kernel is licensed under Apache 2.0. Kernel contributions require DCO 1.1 sign-off. Datasets you publish are governed by the license you choose (Apache 2.0 or CC-BY-4.0).
5. Credentials
CSAO and CSSA credentials are issued only on demonstration of the required milestones and are hardware-anchored. The Program may revoke a credential for fraud, misrepresentation, or abuse.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the Program or its facilities for unlawful activity, to attack other systems or participants, to misrepresent your credentials, or to infringe others' rights.
7. Liability
The Program is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NGARi, Inc.'s aggregate liability is limited to the tuition you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
